When you enroll in a program, you commit to the selected subscription period and agree to pay the associated fees. Enrollment is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us.
Program fees are charged monthly in advance on the date you initially enrolled. Fees are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy below. We reserve the right to change fees with 30 days advance notice to enrolled learners.
Payment must be made through approved payment methods. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all fees incurred. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid and has sufficient funds.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current fee unless we notify you otherwise.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to services through the end of the paid period.
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from your initial enrollment date. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 14 days, contact us for a full refund. After 14 days, fees are non-refundable except in cases of service failure or at our discretion.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Partial month refunds are not provided for mid-cycle cancellations.

Our services are designed to support language learning and should not be considered a complete substitute for formal education, professional instruction, or immersive real-world practice where applicable to your specific goals.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Storm Kudu, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or educational opportunities.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or information provided through our services.

If informal resolution fails, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the British Columbia International Commercial Arbitration Centre. The arbitration shall be conducted in Vancouver, British Columbia, in English.
You agree that disputes must be brought on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class action or representative proceeding. Class arbitrations and class actions are not permitted.
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
