How long does it take to become fluent?

Fluency development varies based on multiple factors including your starting level, target language, time commitment, and learning aptitude. Most learners in our intensive programs achieve conversational fluency within 6-12 months with consistent daily practice. Advanced proficiency typically requires 18-24 months of continued study.

Can I switch between programs?

Yes. If your goals or circumstances change, you can transition to a different program. We'll conduct a brief assessment to ensure the new program aligns with your current level and objectives.

What languages do you offer?

We currently offer programs in Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Mandarin Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, and Russian. Additional languages are being developed based on learner demand.

Do I need any special equipment?

You'll need a computer or tablet with a reliable internet connection, speakers or headphones, and a microphone for speaking practice. Our platform works with all modern browsers and doesn't require special software installation.

Is there a free trial available?

We offer a complimentary initial assessment and sample lesson so you can experience our methodology before committing to a program. Contact us to schedule your trial session.

What is your refund policy?

If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days, we offer a full refund. After that period, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please review our complete Terms of Use for detailed information.

Can I pause my program if I need a break?

We understand that life circumstances change. You can pause your enrollment for up to three months while maintaining your progress and curriculum position. Additional pause requests are evaluated individually.

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes, we provide special pricing for organizations enrolling multiple learners. Contact us directly to discuss corporate or group enrollment options.

While most of our services are delivered online, we welcome visitors to our Vancouver office by appointment. Our team can provide in-person consultations, demonstrations of our platform, and detailed program overviews.
